Noritsu HS-1800 scanning, JPEG or TIFF, at the resolution the negative can actually hold.
Standard scans are 16MP, which is more than enough for prints up to A3 and for anything that will live on a screen. High resolution is available where the negative justifies it — a sharp medium format frame does, a hand-held 35mm frame at 1/30 usually does not.
We will tell you honestly when the higher resolution will not show you anything new.
Scans are corrected by eye, frame by frame, not batch-processed. If you want them flat for your own grading, ask and we will deliver them uncorrected.
