Equipment we have actually used, written up after months rather than after a weekend.
We do not publish a review of anything we have not lived with. That usually means six months of daily use, or a full working season for lighting and tripods.
Where something is bad we say so, including things we sell. A shop that only praises its own stock is a catalogue, not a source of advice.
Long-term notes on bodies and lenses that pass through the shop, comparisons where the difference is real rather than theoretical, and the occasional piece on why a much-praised item did not work out for us.
